Jersey-Hat Program – Frequently Asked Questions

What is included with my registration

Stay-and-play teams receive one jersey & one hat per player and coach staying onsite during the tournament. Play-only teams receive one jersey & one hat per player and the head coach will receive one as well.

 

Additional jerseys and hats can be purchased for other coaches, fans, etc. for an additional cost. NOTE: These items must be included in the order for the team jerseys and hats. Orders after the fact will be billed to the team at full retail price.

Who should submit the order
The head coach will place the order or designate another individual to place the order.
Deadline to order
  1. All orders must be approved by April 12th.  Any teams who miss this deadline will receive a hat and jersey designed by Ballparks of America.  Orders submitted after the deadline will be accepted but the team will be required to pay retail price for the entire order since BOA will be providing a  pre-designed hat/jersey.
  2. Ballparks of America will require payment in full for additional orders of hats/jerseys before we will submit them for production.
What happens if I miss my deadline
  1. The order deadline is April 12th.  Any team that misses a deadline will receive a hat and jersey designed by our staff.
  2. Teams can still place an order after the deadline but will be required to pay for the entire order.
What happens if I see an error

Orders are final once submitted and approved. Ballparks of America is not responsible for checking spelling, jersey numbers or other design elements.

We can submit a new order to correct the mistakes.  All orders for corrections will be billed to the team and must be paid for before the order will be submitted to production.

Multiple Designs
Teams receive one design per hat and jersey with their registration. Teams are permitted to create additional designs for an additional cost. All orders must be placed together by April 12 prior to the start of your tournament.
